Rev. John WALTER wrote a book entitled "The Curse of England" (1870). The curse of alcohol!

Wesleyan Minister, in Launceston (1872, 1873), Simonstown in the Western Province of South Africa (1874). Also had ministries in Australia, New Zealand, Christmas Island and Norfolk Island. Also believed to have been a Naval Chaplain in the 1890s.
